There are no shortcuts in our recipes, so the flavor of hazelnuts is enhanced and all the organoleptic qualities are preserved.
In order not to lose such qualities of our hazelnuts we grind them with our traditional grindstones in keeping with tradition, with the same method as in the old days, preserving their full flavor profile.
Our mixture contains few simple ingredients, combining the aroma of hazelnuts with natural raw materials, unique and healthy: only Italian eggs and sugar.
Our gentle cooking methods maintain the intense taste of hazelnuts, in a perfect balance of sensations.
